Another “Bunny in my Pocket” doll dress set…

Okay, the cat’s out of the bag, now… I said it… but who is the sweetie who gets to model it?

Well, if you guessed it was one of my smaller dolls, you would be correct…

If you guessed 10″ Patsy Tonner, you’d be wrong…

If you guessed 10″ Noel, you’d be wrong again…

If you guessed 8″ Ten Ping, you’d be wrong too…

If you guessed 6″ Mini Bailey, you would be correct… :o)

Yep, tiny little Bailey won the spot for the next top model… and she’s a real cutie in this…

Let’s see…

We’ll start with her slip… a pale yellow tulle with lots of fullness… it’s about an inch and a half long… and as cute as a button…

I decided to use the leather shoes I had made her earlier but never finished… I did finish them and thought they would work for this…

Here is the hat finished… lots of pretty yellow flowers with green leaves and what not…

In this picture you can see the tiny bunny that goes in Bailey’s dress pocket…

Here is the bunny and the slip and the hat and the shoes all in one shot.

Bailey loves her new bunny friend…

Almost as much as her bunny friend loves Bailey… :o)

This is Bailey’s dress… (as I am looking at my pictures, I see I need to move one of my buttons over to line up with the other one… I’ll take care of that tomorrow…) :o)

It has a big pocket on the side…

Perfect for carrying her bunny in…

Now that you’ve seen “MOST” of the things… here are some other pictures to see…

I liked the fabric when I decided to use it, but didn’t “really” think about the time of year that sunflowers bloom, so I just made the dress and decided the winner can pick whichever season they want it to be for…

Bailey thinks her dress could be for St. Patrick’s Day…

…or Easter…

or just a summer day… OR a Fall day too!

She also wanted to show you what “mom” found… it’s green and yellow and “blue” for her eyes!”

Here’s a closeup look at that bunny…

She likes it in Bailey’s pocket…

Here is a view from “up above.”

…and one last shot of everything…

Well, I hope you like it… I found the little bunny at Hobby Lobby last year and have been waiting all year to use her…

My plan is the fix that button and get it listed ASAP!

I will see you tomorrow…
Blessings, Jeanne

What a wonderful outfit! Bailey looks quite pleased! And I’m sure she’s already named her little bunny–and probably the chocolate ones, too!! I love what you did with her hat–it certainly looks festive.

I’m mostly packed for Expo!! Can’t wait to see my friends again! Yes, I will take pictures!!

A sweet little dress set for a sweet little doll! Bailey loois so happy to be modeling the perfect dress set for her,..and her bunny! Yes, this dress can fill in for many occasions and times of the year! I was surprised that the hat fits her, since I thought it looked big in yesterday’s pictures. The trim you added certainly does dress it up, Jeanne! The slip is so cute, and holds the dress out nicely!

Those little chocolate chicks will be sweet to add to the set! A perfect addition to a perfect set!

Good grief, yesterday’s high was 86 degrees, but this morning we are plunged back to where it should be for February! What a roller coaster ride the weather has been lately!

Well, Bailey is the sweet little chick of the season. I would love to see a pair of sandals for her tiny feet. Then she could dance around the Maypole too. 🙂 Love that sunflower fabric, and I think Bailey’s modeling efforts are perfect.
Can’t believe Linda’s high temp in St. Louis. Here, it was 34 this morning earlier, but the sun is peeking over the hills now and it looks like clear sailing for today. Rain coming back soon though.
    Happy day everyone. 🙂

Joy, that was yesterday, now with the wind chill, it is 18 degrees! Thirty-nine sounds absolutely balmy!

Dear Jeanne, oh my goodness, she is adorable and the dress is so cute. She has such a pleasant smile on her face that I think she just loves the outfit. You are going to have to distract her when you send it off after the auction because she is not going to be happy to part with it (laugh).

PS I am dropping a message in the contact box above.

I have no dolls to fit this adorable outfit. Maybe you could make one like it in a larger size if you have enough fabric. The fabric is gorgeous. It’s hard to imagine how tiny that print must be. The hat is absolutely precious and ya gotta love the shoes. I do think she needs some socks or thigh highs though. And what a sweet little bunny and the chicks look yummy.

It is 60 degrees here at a little before noon so maybe we won’t be in the 80s today as we have been. And boy is it windy. The 60s is usual for here at this time of year and I’m in no hurry for the higher temps to show up. But already we are having to use the A/C because of the temps at night not cooling down. But our humidity right now is 44% and that’s low for here so maybe we’re in for a lovely day and a cooler night. Rain expected tomorrow and Friday.

  6. So it was little Bailey! What a sweet ensemble and perfect for her! I’m sure she’s thrilled to model it. The hat is designed perfectly for this Easter/spring/summer outfit too.
The bunny, who fits perfectly in the pocket, is adorable as is the outfit.

  7. Today will be fun weather-wise as we can conceivably experience three seasons (summer. spring, and winter) all in one day. Right now it’s 40 and super windy so we’ll see.
The dress and hat are super sweet and that tiny little slip. Those chicks look yummy. I will have to look for those at the store.
