My Boneka doll, Noel, receives TWO Valentine presents…

HI everyone,
Yes, Linda, the pants are even at the bottom, I was just having trouble keeping her upright and when I would grab her before she would fall over, I guess the pants shifted in a few shots.
Yes, Joy, I intended to put those flower embellishments on the pants legs, but forgot till just now, when I read over the comments again.

So, what is new today?
Well, I thought about it and came up with 2 new things…

The first is a purse… I had these little thick felt hearts that were embossed with “prettiness” and decided to glue a handle between 2 of them and turn it into a purse. (I MAY change the handle to a gold chain… I couldn’t find one anywhere in my stash of jewelry supplies.)

Then I wanted something else… so I looked in my stash of Valentine “things” and found some tiny paper doll sheets that I copied onto photo paper, so they are sleek and shiny.

Noel was thrilled with them both and wanted to show them to you…

I received the nicest compliment from a friend! She told me she thought Noel was the prettiest doll ever! I happen to agree with her! Thanks Beth! :o)

Thanks everyone,
Well, you know what the NEXt step is… I’ll try to work on it! :O)

See you tomorrow,
Blessings, Jeanne

That little heart-shaped purse is darling, and such a nice touch! I love the paper-doll sheets, too. I believe I have the full-sized version of the one in the middle, or did have–I used to save all those things like that!

Thanks for all the birthday greetings for Ron! I’ll tell him when I see him tomorrow. I saw quite a few greetings for him on my FB page tonight, too.

Dear Charlotte, please add my name to the Birthday Greetings List for your husband. I think I missed sitting on the sofa yesterday.

Thank you, Jeanne for clearing up the part about the pants length, but really and truly I didn’t think you would have left them with two different lengths!

The shoes look so much nicer too! I know that wasn’t the “new” thing for today, but just wanted to say that before you made them, she looked like she was wearing a new outfit and a pair of old shoes! Perfect now!

Oh my, that darling little heart shaped purse! Just what she needs to make a perfect Valentine outfit! And paper dolls! How I love them! There was a dime store close to my grandmother’s house, and she would take us girls there often, and the first section I would head to was the paper doll section! I love those tiny little paper dolls, and remember those! I might even have them stored in my old paper doll books, but of course, they would all be cut out by now!

Boy, was yesterday a day to remember! Ice everywhere and everything closed! Did you get any?

Well, that little heart purse adds just the right touch. Little Noel appears to be all ready for a fun day. The Valentine paper dolls are also a cute addition. Love this version and wish I had all of those that once lived here. 🙂
Glad to hear Linda survived the ice. So dangerous. Also nice to hear that Charlotte’s Ron, had a nice birthday with lots of visitors and good wishes.
Looks like a dry day here, but another big storm blowing in next week. Hope that it is a cold one as the mountains have been getting rain instead of snow.

    1. She is looking ready to make a fun Valentines Day for her Besties. Then they can all gather and cut out the paper dolls😉
I changed my Christmas Girls to spring outfits and one a St Pats .
Luckily our temps stayed up overnight so no ice👍
Have a great day everyone. Take a nap on your sofa if you want… it is that time of year😍🤗

  4. This outfit gets cuter by the day. Love the little Valentine purse. “ Will you be my Valentine?” Noel has the cutest little face and with her blond hair, this outfit’s design and coloring compliments her so much. I like how the brown bonnet’s pink flower is right up next to her face. It’s so vivid in color.
And the paper dolls are perfect too. What an adorable ensemble.

  5. What a darling outfit. this has become. I liked it at the beginning and even more now. I love those bonnets you make and would love a tutorial on them for the RRFFs and AG girls. The little purse and paper dolls are the perfect addition.
The snow is beginning to melt, but we have a lot of icy patches on the roads. The driveway is a skating rink.
Just wondering if we are going to have a “Year in Review” for the outfits from 2023 to vote on? I always think it’s fun to see them all together.

Dear Jeanne, Noel is such a little cutie in your outfit. I like the “paper dolls” you found for her.

  7. Jeanne, I’m taking the liberty of voting this time~~~just in case you need a tie-breaker! #1 – Ten Ping in Littleist Scholar, #2 – Freida in Sunflowers Charmer. #3 – Noel in Winter’s Song. They are all #1’s in my book, my beyond-talented friend! I would love “to see you in action, in your sewing room,” one day.
