Another Sunday Reminder of Ebay listings ending tonight…

Happy Sunday to you all,
Who has gotten snow? My sister, Cindy, in Gettysburg, PA, said it was really coming down there…

Rebecca and Karn, just 3 hours away from Cindy, said they were getting pelted too.

Just a quick reminder, since there are a few auctions of mine ending tonight.

If you wanted to see the end of the Felicity doll auction, you can click the picture at the right side bar, or you can click HERE. It ends at 8:30 p.m. Central Time zone. (IL time)

If you were interested in the roller skates, they can seen by clicking the picture at the right or click HERE. I actually scheduled them at the same time to end… 8:30 p.m. IL Time zone.

The mint green SCRUBS for the Our Generation dolls ends tonight as well… you can click on the picture at the right of them or click HERE. They end at 8:34 p.m. (Again, Illinois Central Time zone)

The Purple Ice Skating Set ends at 8:38 p.m. (IL time zone) Click the picture at the right or HERE to see that listing. It ends at 8:38 p.m. Central Time zone.

Pick whichever one you want to see end as these 2 auctions end at the same time. The Josefina Doll Head and wig OR the two Dianna Effner/Ashton Drake Dolls; Mary, Mary Quite Contrary and Little Red Riding Hood end at 8:42 p.m. and can be seen by clicking the picture at the right or by clicking HERE and
HERE.

That will be it for the auctions this evening… and then 2 more Monday evening, the Gray AG jumper set and the AG Nellie doll.

I will see you Monday morning, though… so I’ll have something to share…

Have a wonderful rest of your Sunday…
Blessings, Jeanne

We had about 5-10 minutes of “wintery mix” (snow/rain), which really pelted us and was then abruptly over. That was it; it’s just been rain thus far. However, that could change by next weekend; they are saying we could get lowland snow by then, and temps are expected to drop below freezing.

WOW!! Felicity has garnered a LOT of bids!! This will be an interesting one to watch!

Our oldest grandson, Eric, came to see us today–I called him when I was on my way home, he met me there and followed me to Ron’s residence. Ron was so surprised to see him!! He’s been in kind of a funk lately, and the visit from Eric really helped. It was the most animated I’ve seen him for a while. Eric stayed as long as I did, too–talked to us about his work, showed us pictures of his son (his wife and son both have colds right now), and said the three of them will come and see Ron together soon. It was a good day.

    1. HI Charlotte,
We haven’t had any snow yet, but it might be coming… this next week is supposed to be super cold!
I can’t imagine what everyone is so enamored with by my Felicity doll. I see other ones that are similar… maybe it’s my pictures, or that I fixed her legs already…or maybe it is her pretty flawless face. She is VERY pretty… I have to admit.

I’m so glad your grandson stopped by to see your hubby. I bet it was the bright spot in the day for both of them.
You are a very good wife, Charlotte…this can’t be easy…
      Blessings, Jeanne

Oh dear, another lost comment! I don’t know what I am pushing to make my comment go away, but evidently I am doing something wrong!

Yes, we got our first measurable snowfall yesterday and were awakened to a beautiful sight! Did you get anything? It was a wet, slushy snow, and by evening most of it was gone, but still, we had snow!

It looks as if you will be mailing out things this week, since your items are doing so well. It will be interesting to see what you have to share with us tomorrow!

    1. HI Linda,
I’m sorry you lost your comment. Sometimes it happens to me too.. I think it’s a hiccup that just happens sometimes.
No, we didn’t even have any flurries, but they might be coming next week.
I will be mailing out lots of things I think. I am getting my boxes in order today to see what I need to use for what item. I am so blessed by the listings this week and even last week.
      Thanks Linda,
      Blessings, Jeanne

  3. Glad your auctions are doing well🤗
Leave the ones up that don’t sell….sometimes it takes awhile.
We got a hint of snow but supposed to get a “ measurable “ one tomorrow.❄️

    1. HI Kathie,
I’m glad they are going well too. I am so happy they are all finding homes to go to!
If something doesn’t sell tonight or tomorrow night, I’ll hold them back and relist them when I get back from Deb’s. Sure as I list them, the next day someone would use the Buy It Now and I’d be in Springfield, MO. … but I’ll put them back on when I get home.
Do you like the snow? I bet you do….
      Blessings, Jeanne

Dear Jeanne, best wishes for great auctions!

It snowed here. It’s supposed to snow again next week (Grrr!). One snowfall is all I need for the winter season, then I am over it (laugh).

I hope that the Sofa Sisters got to watch some of the programs produced by the Virtual Doll Convention. They are going on now through VDC’s website. There was one today on the beginnings of the American Girl Dolls. It was very interesting.

Safe travels to all who venture out in the snow and cold.

    1. HI Dorothy,
I never had a chance to look at the Virtual Doll convention today… We had a meeting after church and then had to take care of someone’s car… the locks were stuck.
I’d like to catch that AG Doll beginnings program.

One snowfall a year would be my dream winter too! It’s pretty for about a day and then I’m over it…
      Thanks Dorothy,
      Blessings, Jeanne

  5. Hi Jeanne, loved seeing the snow pictures. However, I hope all persons in those areas are safe and warm- not having to go out too much for errands or work.
Pictures like those remind me of my childhood in Wisconsin – plenty of snow, and packed snow drifts- my siblings and I made caves in the high plowed mountains of snow by the long lane that led to our home. We kids played out in the snow till our mom would call us in with our frozen stiff overalls. I remember my mom also taking us to school and if we got stuck on the street, boxes of sand were here and there and it was nothing for her to get out of the car and shovel sand under the wheels!
    Anyway, I love snow!

Great auctions, Jeanne. You find the neatest items!
Everyone stay warm throughout that cold and snowy weather!!
