CHRISTMAS BERRIES, for 8″ Ten Ping, is now listed on Ebay!

Hi everyone,
Sarah came to the rescue for me…FOR US… and saved the day! I have no idea what she did, but she told me she had to reset some links. I have no idea what that means… but maybe I should learn! :o) I was so thrilled to be able to get back into my blog and hope you are too!

I asked her about some people not getting the emails for my daily posts…and she said to wait a day or 2 and see if things straighten out by themselves. I sure hope this works!

I WAS able to get Ten Ping’s Christmas set listed on Ebay… I hope it goes on without a hitch… You can see it by clicking on the picture of her at the right side bar, or you can click HERE to be taken to the listing.

I am worn out from trying to figure things out and then get Ten Ping’s set listed… so this is today’s post!

HOWEVER, you won’t want to miss tomorrow… some special girls will be showing off their new Thanksgiving attire! (from Linda!) :o)

I’m going to regroup, get a good night’s sleep, and start fresh tomorrow! I’m praying for everyone to get the post in their emails tomorrow!

See you tomorrow,
Blessings, Jeanne

Oh, my, it’s “so good to have you back where you belong”! Well, almost–the link still took me to wordpress, but I got in thru the website, so I will wait a couple of days as Sarah suggested and see if this sorts itself out.

I think, you have really outdone yourself here, Jeanne! I absolutely love this outfit. Never mind that spoiled little girl in the sewing room! 😂🤣😂 (and, of course, her other Christmas outfit from you is green, not red, so…)

I’m making a little progress; I actually washed dishes today! Not real efficiently (only one hand) but I did it. Also this noon, our grandson Eric came and got me, and helped me with grocery shopping. (he’s the one at whose baby shower I fell a week ago). He has turned into a fine young man. His wife was a little under the weather, so I will have to see her another time. He did come in to say hi to grandpa, too.

Tomorrow I get to see my long-time doctor, Laura, at her new clinic. It’s been 6 months since she and her old one “separated”, and tomorrow is her first day. I have flowers for her. (I will probably cry!)

    1. Sally from Colorado

Charlotte, happy to hear that you are making some progress, and clearly typing one handed is working very well. Your grandson sounds like a peach. Happy thanksgiving to you, Ron and your family. Do NOT get too cocky about doing too much stuff. 😣🤗

    2. HI Charlotte,
You are awesome! I am amazed at how well you are doing! This just happened a week and a day ago and you are washing dishes and typing comments with precision!
Thanks for your kind compliments on Ten Ping’s outfit! I’m glad you like it!
      Blessings, Jeanne

Just looked at the last couple of blog posts and, to answer Karen’s question, yes, June is the girl with four sisters and no brothers. Oldest to youngest, they were Judy, Sue (actually Melody Sue, but she went by Sue from maybe jr. high on),June, Lois, and Jan. Their parents were my “other” mom and dad.

Thank you, too, for your condolences about Dee. We do miss her!

Kathie, yes, pain is lessening. I had a couple of sleepless nights (good old insomnia!) but slept an uninterrupted 5 hours last night, plus a good nap this afternoon, so am doing a little better there, too.

Barbara, I’m glad you are so happy with your new serger! Remind me again, please, of brand and model. I don’t think I’ve heard of such a Quiet serger!

I think I’m caught up now! Talk to everyone later!

Hi dear Charlotte.. my word but you are the one finger wonder! You type better with that one finger than most with two hands LOL So happy you got out with your sweet grandson. Prayers continue, hugs to you : )

  3. Linda in St. Louis

Jeanne, I’m SO glad you are back! I have no idea if your blog will come in my email, since it comes to me at 5 a.m. and it is only 4:30 now. I just click onto your prior email if it is before 5, so we will see how it works today.

Ten Ping is just the cutest little doll, and you have made her doubly so in that sweet outfit!

So glad to see that you are up and about, Charlotte, doing things and being able to get some decent sleep! You have a gem with that grandson Eric! You certainly are a lucky lady in that regard! Here’s to more good news from you!

      1. Sally from Colorado

Hey, Linda! Looking forward to the pics tomorrow. Sounds like you have been having your fun which is fun for all of us!

    1. HI Linda,
Yes, I seem to be back and I’m as happy as a lark! I hope you are too! Thanks for sending those pictures, they will go on tomorrow and I know everyone will love them.
Thanks for thinking Ten Ping’s outfit is cute… She is really adorable in this set…
      Blessings, Jeanne

  4. Yay! Got your blog in my email! Thank you for Sarah for whatever you did to help Jeannie! We do appreciate it!

    1. HI Helen,
Thanks for letting me know you are receiving the blog posts again too! It helps me to know if things are getting back to normal. I’m so glad Sarah is such a wiz at this kind of stuff. She truly is amazing!
      Blessings, Jeanne

  5. Me, too. I’ve had a back problem and surgery and haven’t felt like commenting but followed along. Getting not just old but ancient. I may send a few pictures if Jeanne should like to use them.

    1. Sally from Colorado

Susette, so glad to see you pipe in. It has been ages and ages, but I was happy to see some of your doll posts on FB.
Did your surgery go well? Sure hope so, and you sure are right about the aging.
Please share your pictures because they are always fun and fabulous. Take care of yourself and keep playing dolls….and sewing, because you are obviously very skilled. Happy thanksgiving.

    2. Ingrid B in Western N Y

      Hi Susette!
Oh my goodness but you were on my mind this past week. You always made me smile with your kind input and lovely photo’s.. you have been missed! I had a feeling that there may have been a medical reason for you being MIA. I’m so very sorry about your back issues and subsequent surgery. I too have been there. When you’re in pain it’s difficult making chit chat and staying up beat. I’m so glad to see you are still with us on the sofa. : )
      Feel better
      Hugs
      Ingrid

    3. Hi Susette,so glad to see you back with us. I’m so sorry to hear about you back problem and surgery. Hopefully things are fixed and you will feel like your old self again soon. looking forward to seeing your photos.

    4. WELCOME BACK, Susette! We have missed you, and I hope your back has done a complete turn around and you are feeling much better!
You aren’t old, or even ancient… let’s just say Vintage, and I LOVE Vintage things! So glad to see your name in the comments! Sure, I’d love to share your pictures! :o)
      Blessings, Jeanne

  6. What a wonderful surprise to open up my email this morning and be able to catch up on all the posts I have missed! Although reading them in reverse order was interesting, ha ha! Jeanne, I so enjoy reading about everything you do and seeing everything you sew for all your dolls, thank you so much! Happy Thanksgiving to you and all your followers!

    1. Hi Terri,
I’m so glad you received the post in your email this morning too. I could hardly wait to see if everyone was going to get theirs. That Sarah is a cracker jack of a blog troubleshooter! I can’t thank her enough.
I’m happy you were able to go back and read the posts you missed. Hope you enjoyed them as much “backwards” as forward!
Thank you for sticking around when things got a little crazy!
      Blessings, Jeanne

  7. Sally from Colorado

Dear Jeanne. Congratulations to you and the talented Sara. I got the email today. Whoopee!
Ten ping is so darling in that holiday attire and hope the auction is a great success. Maybe a little gal in WA might be the lucky recipient. I just have one of these little sweeties who was a very small edition and I love her in her authentic outfit. She seems content, good girl that she is.
Now. Catch up on the sleep, do some deep breathing, take a walk, and get comfortably back in your groove. Happy thanksgiving to you and everyone. Looking forward to Linda’s pics tomorrow. ❤️

    1. HI Sally,
Yes, a big congrats to Sarah for figuring out the problem and getting my posts up and in everyone’s mailbox again! What a talent she has!
Thanks for your kind compliments on Ten Ping’s outfit. She does look awfully sweet in this one… I think red might be her color!
I’m trying to figure out what I need to tackle first… make doll dresses, sell some dolls, sell things that are doll related, etc… I need to make up my mind what direction I’m heading…
      Thanks Sally,
      blessings, Jeanne

  8. Joy in northern CA

Well, glad to hear that some are getting their emails. I also received my email, however, when you click to comment it reverts to that “How to set up WordPress of which I’m about ready to scream if I see it again!!” Going back to the last post also does not work because they too go to WordPress. However, you might tell Sara that if I go all the way back to your November 15th post, I can click on the current post and get the blog. I can’t get to the blog from any posts after that including todays. Ugh. I doubt waiting is going to fix it for me.
Anyway, very glad to see Ten listed. The photo of her is adorable with that winter white jacket. She somehow reminds me of the latest RRFF girl from a Spanish shop that sold out yesterday. Nope, I didn’t get in on her even though I contacted the owner early for shipping information. I sure wish that the special dolls were available here as well.
Another frosty day. The hummingbirds were not fighting this morning, but actually shared the feeder. Poor things. Hope they make it as the weather has been so much colder than usual for this time of year. 🙁
On a happy note, it is wonderful to hear from Susette. So sorry to hear about the back surgery, but hope she is on the mend. I would love to see her pictures. 🙂

    1. HI Joy,
Sarah just texted me and asked if things went okay today… I did tell her what was happening when you tried to comment… she said to see if things work out in a day or two… so hang on, maybe Word Press will leave you alone tomorrow or the next day! :o)

We had a frosty day too… 22 this morning, but it turned out to be a nice day in the 50’s… a bit breezy and by evening, it was pretty chilly, but still it’s nice for the end of November.

Yes, it was nice to hear from Susette… and I told her to send me the pictures she’d like to share…
      Thanks Joy,
I hope tomorrow the blog is working in your favor…
      Blessings, Jeanne

  9. Debbie in North Carolina

Finally able to access the blog! Ten Ping’s outfit is adorable. You should get some interest in that one for the holidays.
We are visiting our family in Louisiana for the Thanksgiving week but I am checking in daily.
Charlotte is so good to see your post and know that you are going forward. Take it easy and be careful. Prayers continue.

    1. HI Debbie,
I’m glad you were one of the ones who got the post today! I was hoping everything was going to work out today… so far, pretty good! I hope tomorrow is even better…
Thanks for your kind words about Ten Ping’s outfit. She is a little sweetie and I love to dress her up in pretty things.
Have a nice visit with family in LA… Thanks for keeping up with your “sisters” even though you are “sort of” on vacation… :o)
      Blessings, Jeanne

    Hi Jeanne,
I’m so happy to see the blog issues are resolved. As for Ten Ping’s outfit it’s adorable! Some little girl is going to love this sweet ensemble for sure. Hope you are well and your PT is helping. Isn’t it fun getting older?! LOL Kidding! Don’t answer that. Looking forward to photo’s tomorrow … I love Linda and Sallys photo’s. They are always such a treat for me!
Hope everyone is well and staying warm and safe. Best wishes for a lovely Thanksgiving for all.
    Hugs
    Ingrid

    1. HI Ingrid,
I’m hoping the issues get 100% resolved for Joy and somewhat for Charlotte… it’s nice when things go smoothly like they are supposed to.
I’m glad you like Ten Ping’s outfit. It is very sweet on her… I LOVE tiny little clothes and hers are pretty little…
I just finished my post for tomorrow with Linda’s pictures and I think you will enjoy them…
PT isn’t terrible, but it’s certainly leaving me sore, after they push around on my collar bone and stretch my neck…
I hope you are enjoying yourself this week too..
      Blessings, Jeanne

  11. Email came through as usual this morning so luckily the “fixing” didn’t change it arriving for me.
Charlotte, I’ll bet that spoiled Gigi will find a way to add this dress to her wardrobe. After all, you need green AND red for Christmas.

    1. And btw Jeanne, I received both emails in my Inbox this morning. The WordPress one at 2:00AM that usually comes to my promo folder and the one from your email at 6:06AM that always comes to my Inbox. So all is good for me. Hopefully, for Joy and any others a couple days will solve things.

    2. Hi Laura,
It’s nice to hear that things stayed the same with you… makes me wonder why it got some messed up for others… I guess it doesn’t really matter as long as it’s fixed and back to normal. Yes, hoping it gets completely straightened out for Joy and Charlotte.
Thanks for letting me know that things were okay with you, Laura,
      Blessings, Jeanne

  12. A great way to start the week with Jeanne’s Blog in my mailbox! WHOOPIE👏
Charlotte so glad you are getting better. Every little bit helps and bless that Grandson too! Let Ron do all he can for you…it is good for him too😉
Suzette hope the back is improving…and you have less pain!
Linda’s pictures are fun to look forward to?
Jeanne I hope this week will be smoother for you…once your blog is “fixed” and there isn’t so much to worry about maybe “normal” will happen again🥹
    HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE❤️

    1. HI Kathie,
I’m glad for everyone who checked in today and let me know how things were working for them… Glad it’s A-OK in Nebraska! Yes, “normal” will be wonderful if it stays that way!
      Thank you so much!
      Blessings, Jeanne

    1. HI Anne,
Things must be improving if you got your email all the way in New Zealand! Yippee! That makes me very happy!
      Blessings, Jeanne

  13. Marilyn in Colorado

I got the email and it brought me here. You’d never know there’d been a problem. Perfect! And so is Ten Ping’s new outfit. Those shoes are really special. No wonder she likes showing off the soles.

    1. HI Marilyn,
It seems all is well with the blog post in Colorado! Yay again! Thanks for letting me know… Now we just need to get California straightened out! :o)
Thanks for your kind comments about Ten Ping’s outfit. She does look awfully cute in this one!
      Blessings, Jeanne
