~Snapshots of Summer ~ is listed on Ebay…and a few dolls in Red, White and Blue!

I can’t believe I managed to get a few more pictures taken and edited and then listed on Ebay… but I did! I used the name for this set from Laura’s suggestion. It seemed fitting… but I totally forgot to do one thing, until after I had uploaded my pictures. I have a way of showcasing my pictures where they “look like snapshots” and I was going to use it, but I totally forgot until I was ready to post my pictures to Ebay… too late to change them…
I’ll do a few here to show you what I “meant” to do…

Oh well, I’ll do that another time… but that’s what I intended to do… *sigh*

Okay… so the listing on Ebay can be found HERE… or you can click on the picture at the right side bar…

How about some Red, White and Blue pictures? I know doll clothes in patriotic colors are NOT what the 4th of July is all about and I’d just like to say thank you to ALL the men and women who have served, or ARE serving in the military to allow us the freedoms we have. I am very grateful to live in America!

Some of these go WAY back and they aren’t my greatest work… but it led me to where I am today! I hope you’ll enjoy the slideshow!

Oh, you want to know my “number one” “all time favorite” “hands down” winner?

It’s Lian’s dress…here are a few more pictures of it… (I made it back in June of 2015!)

I know I have more, but I have to quit… I hope this gives your day a little bit of a bang! :o)

See you tomorrow,
Blessings, Jeanne

So many cute outfits in today’s fashion parade! I think my favorites are the first and last of the Kirsten dresses you showed, and also the 18th picture down, in darker blues (not sure who the doll is, but it’s just before the picture of the “twin” dresses). And yes, I well remember that dress of Lian’s, and your talking about sewing all those tiny buttons in place!!

    Happy Birthday, America!

    1. HI Charlotte,
The doll in the dark blue and red set is a Helen Kish doll. She’s 16″ tall and was the Winter doll for the Four Seasons set. I had the Winter and the Fall dolls, but they have traveled elsewhere now..
      Thanks so much!
      Happy 4th Charlotte,
      Blessings, Jeanne

totally enjoyed your 4th of July fashion post. Most of these outfit designs I had never seen before. So many cute fabrics and outfit creations. Your work is outstanding. Thanks for sharing your previous work, Doreen in Arkansas

    1. Awww…thanks so much Doreen, for your very kind words about my doll dresses! I LOVE to sew and I’m glad it shows!
Glad you saw some new things you hadn’t seen before. Happy 4th to you!
      Blessings, Jeanne

What a trip down Memory Lane, Jeanne! So many dresses, so little time to choose the favorites, but I will say that Kirsten and Molly have darling dresses! When is that coffee table book coming out?πŸ˜‰

    Happy Independence Day everyone! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

    1. HI Linda,
Are people still hoping for a Coffee Table book? Gracious… Thanks for looking!
      Happy 4th Linda,
      Blessings, Jeanne

  4. Laura’s title, Snapshots of Summer, is perfect for this grouping. So many fun pieces too.
I also enjoyed viewing the RWB outfits from the past. Some of my favorites are the cute outfit on Pistachio Wren, Lian’s flag dress, and the red and blue checked sort of twins dresses for the AG’s. Lots of great ideas here on how to add some special decorations to an outfit as well. Don’t sell yourself short, Jeanne. These dresses are works of art. Thanks so much for sharing them today.
A big happy 4th of July, to everyone. πŸ™‚

I forgot to add that today’s annual holiday celebrates the anniversary of when the Second Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.

    2. HI Joy,
Thank you for your kind comments about all the dresses I showed today. I probably could round up more, but I think I’ll let them pass for now…
I’m trying to figure out what to make for who next!
Happy Independence Day to you Joy, and the “short” history lesson!
      Blessings, Jeanne

I’m glad you liked my title, Jeanne and Joy as well. How neat to have a snapshot program, I might too but haven’t found it. Congratulations on getting Jasmine in successfully, Joy. This campaign was a winner!
So many pretty outfits! Lian’s is super cute and I also love the last one on Kirsten.
Happy Independence Day, Sofa Sisters. Happy Birthday, America!! πŸ—½πŸŽ†πŸŽ‡πŸŽπŸŽ–

    1. HI Laura, and thanks again for the title… it was great! I use Picasa photo editing and it’s on there…
      Happy 4th to you, Laura,
      Blessings, Jeanne

Dear Jeanne, I love the idea of “photographs” for Violette! That makes the pictures look special.

I have three favorite outfit photos. One is the photo of Elin (Iplehouse BID). I had forgotten that you had her. I have her and I have Erzulie.

My other two photos are the last two you show. I am blanking on the name of the little doll. (Sofa Sisters, help me out please). I don’t have her but I have a Lati Yellow Lea who is the same size.

Thanks for the 4th of July dolly parade!

    1. HI Dorothy,
Thanks for your kind compliments on my doll outfits… The last little sweetie is Navi, a 6 1/4″ My Meadow doll… Glad you like Elin’s dress set too… She is a sweetie too…
      Glad you enjoyed the parade…
      Blessings, Jeanne

What a fun way to end my forth of July. The dresses are all so well done and cheerful. My favorite is #30 but not sure who that sweet doll is?
RWB is just always a winner and you do such a good job with them!
    Have a good week☺️
