Day 2 of Doll Dresses made in 2022!

Hi everyone,
I hope you enjoyed the dresses from yesterday…and if you did… you are sure to enjoy the second half of them today! These are the outfits from June till the end of the year. I hope you’ll come back Friday… I’ll have ALL the pictures shown in one post and you can pick your TOP 2 favorite outfits. Then I’ll compile the winner from your choices and show that on Saturday!

You can vote on Friday by leaving a comment below or you can email me by clicking the “Contact Me” tab at the top of my post, or you can just email me at idreamofjeannemarie.com

Let’s get started. Ten Ping is up first today in “Time to Play!” It was a fun batik print fabric and Ten Ping looked wonderful in it.

“Fireworks Frenzy” was my top sale of the year… It looked SO pretty on Lian!

My new Sydney Siblie wore “Monkey Business” very well. I loved making the flip flops for this set!

“Summer Fun in 1864” was a very pretty Civil War dress modeled by my pretty Rebecca doll. I LOVED the lace at the hem… thank you again Kathie! :o)

“Camo and the Camera” had a little bit of controversy over the fabric and thinking it represented war, but I had a different idea and that was for Stella to be shooting her camera in the outdoors!

I got on a kick of trying to perfect my romper pattern, so I did another one and this time Freida modeled a batik print and looked wonderful in my outside pictures.

One more romper…this time modeled by Rozen… She got a pair of leather boots and a book bag…

Samantha had fun getting to show off in “Victorian Times!” It started off as a 70’s dress and ended up being a Turn of the Century” dress. She looked so pretty in it!

My daughter, Rebecca, had an idea for Violette’s debut dress. She thought of an outfit, described it to me, I sketched it out and brought it to life. It was very popular on Ebay and was my second highest sale of the year. I called it “School Girl Charm.”

Violette was still new to me, so she got the next outfit too… It was a sweet Fall outfit called, “Oh, Oh, October” and had lots of mix and match pieces!

“Fall Fever” was very pretty on Addy. She looked very pretty with her hair let down and braided.

Molly looked very pretty in “The Perfect Christmas Dress.” This is my all-time favorite red plaid fabric!

Ten Ping got to model again… this time in “Christmas Berries.” I loved how the winter white wool jacket turned out with the beaded embroidery I did.

Addy’s “Civil War Christmas” was another dress set that challenged me. I had never made mittens before and so the challenge was on… and they even had velcro on the thumbs to hold her sheet music!

The last outfit of the year was once again modeled by Violette. It was called “Perfectly Purple Christmas Coat” and Violette looked great in it.

I wish I had had time to make more outfits, but my year had a few hiccups in it… however I did sell several dozen flip flops, sandals, slips, beaded headbands and never even got my doll necklaces listed. I guess I can just look at it as having a head start on the coming new year.

Remember if you’d like to vote for your favorite TWO doll outfits, please come back tomorrow and do so. You can leave your votes in the comments on tomorrow’s post or you can email me using the “Contact Me” tab at the top of my posts.

I will see you tomorrow,
Blessings, Jeanne

Another wonderful grouping of fashions–it’s going to be hard to choose, come tomorrow!

Here in the Pacific NW, it feels more like Alaska! Last time I checked(about 1 a.m.) it was only 17° outside! Tomorrow’s “high” is to be 25!!! But then Friday it starts to warm up, and will warm up quickly…and rain.

I have always loved the snow, but this is just really too cold for me any more. I’ve decided I’m either getting soft or I’m getting old!!

    1. Marilyn in Colorado

It’s lovely and sunny and -8 here, up from -12 and seems to be going east, so you may miss the fun. Stay warm.

  2. Linda in St. Louis

Jeanne, I’m going to wait until later today to think about which ones I like best. Nothing like trying to decide on an impossible decision while baking and wrapping!

  3. Joy in northern CA

Have no idea how I’ll choose just two, as there are so many lovely outfits.
Busy time of the year. Still things to wrap and a few gifts to pick up. Christmas approaches. 🙂

  4. Ahem, Ten-Ping was certainly shown a lot of favoritism this year with four modeling turns. LOL Also those Rubies! It’s also pretty obvious that Rebecca, Addy, and Molly are your favorite AGs, They are certainly safe from selling. Certain of one choice and almost certain of the second.
