A JUMPER is generally referred to as a “collarless, sleeveless dress, typically worn over a blouse.” I’ve made a few jumpers in my lifetime… quite a few in fact. I used to make jumpers for myself and had this one favorite made from a brown quilted fabric. I wore a bright yellow blouse underneath it.
