I was mentioning earlier to my hubby that I hadn’t seen “It’s a Wonderful Life” on TV this year and it was nearly Christmas Day! I usually try to watch it as often as I can every year and even though I’m sure I’ve probably seen it at least a hundred times, I still have to watch it again. Well, when we came home from the Christmas Eve service a little while ago, we turned on the TV and there it was… almost over, but nevertheless, it was on. I got to see the part where George decides his life is worth living after all and he wants to go back to things the way they were before… no matter how bad they were. He cries out to God on the bridge and as he does, it starts snowing and things change back the way they were. All seems well in Bedford Falls. :o)
I’ve sometimes found myself murmurming this year, at a few different situations going on…”I wish things were the way they used to be…” But I had to stop and think of my life. It’s pretty wonderful, in spite of all the “roller coaster” rides that have gone on this year. I have my wonderful husband, my 2 beautiful children, a family I am so blessed to be a part of, a warm home, lots and lots of friends, all our bills are paid, we have food in our fridge, and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that my Heavenly Father loves me very much! He’s a Good, Good Father to me…and I just wanted to let Him know publically, on this blog post, that I love Him very much too!
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and feel His loving arms around you too!
Merry Christmas!
See you tomorrow,
Blessings, Jeanne
Beautifully said, Jeanne! I, too, feel the same way, but it’s what binds us together as we go through the journey of life, and it’s how we see things, glass half empty or half full! I’m willing to bet that you and I think it’s half full, maybe overflowing! Merry Christmas!
A blessed Christmas to you and yours, Jeanne, and all your readers, too!
We all should count our blessings today.. it IS a wonderful life!
Merry Christmas, Jeannie?❤️?
Beautifully written Jeanne and ladies. May your day too, be filled with true joy. Thanks for speaking publicly, Jeanne.

Dear Jeanne, What a wonderful message, the Christmas message. Thanks for reminding us of the blessings we have. We should never forget what has been given to us.
I wish a joyous Christmas Day to you and to all of our blog friends.
Merry Christmas to you, George and your wonderful kids. We got to hear our granddaughter and DIL sing together at ChristmasEve service and they were so good.
22 for dinner…it was so much fun.
Hope today is Christmas to the bone and you can feel Jesus among you.
Hugs
Merry Christmas Jeanne!!
Merry Christmas to you and to all of your blog members. Every year brings some blessings and we are grateful for them. I hope for even more for everyone next year. Stay well and warm and enjoy the holidays.
Hope you had a great Christmas. We just got home and had lots of fun playing with the grands, eating way too much lasagna and cheesecake for dessert. Yum
So, on to the new year and excitement to come.
