On the first day of August I started this blog/website, not knowing exactly how things would be running in a month. Well, today is September 1st and I haven’t missed a day yet… (have you?) and I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for reading and posting comments like you have been. It truly makes my heart swell knowing that I may be bringing a little bit of sunshine to your day in such a simple way as talking about doll things. I’m having the best time sharing with you and hope to keep it up.
I have a site meter on my website that lets me know where people are visiting from in the world and I was going to use it for some statistics, but it hasn’t been working all day.(bummer!) I was so looking forward to sharing the latest distances, but I do remember a few… someone from Wasilla, Alaska checked me out. (My hubby thinks maybe Sarah Palin is looking at my doll blog…) Uhhh…. don’t think so honey! I had someone from the Netherlands yesterday, and a few hits from Spain. (Thanks Sharon!) Someone from the United Kingdom too… it’s very fun for me to see how far the doll world extends.
Between my birthday on Friday, my brother and his family coming on Saturday, church activities today, more visiting, I haven’t had a chance to get a “picture” blog together, but just know this… if you could see a picture of my face, it would be smiling from ear to ear with gratefulness and satisfaction at what has transpired this last month. Thank you again for allowing me to share with you like this.
See you tomorrow,
Blessings, Jeanne
Congratulations Jeanne, on your one month anniversary! I look forward to reading what you have to say and love all the pictures you post! It makes it seem like we are really visiting!
Of course, my location (St. Louis), for you isn’t very “exotic, but just the same, it makes it easier to meet in person—–someday!
Keep up the good work!
Blessings,
Linda

Thank you Jeannie from all the way down there in Texas.

Congrats, Jeanne. I enjoy reading your blog very much. You have a gift for writing.
Thanks so much Cindy,
I’m having fun, but just have to figure out how to manage my time better… my poor hubby was doing the dinner dishes so I could work on my post for tomorrow…I don’t think that’s how he envisioned it working…
Blessings, Jeanne
Congrats on your one month birthday Jeanne! I’m glad you’re still enjoying it. The time passes quickly. I recently discovered that I’ve now done more than 400 posts to my blog….how did that happen? I’ve not been posting every day, but didn’t realise that I had soooo much to say, LOL. I have to admit though that if I miss a few days I feel a bit sad and want to do something to put on there.
I wish you well with your continued blogging, and look forward to reading your lovely posts!
Big hugs from Sharon in Andalucia, Sunny Southern Spain, Europe!!! 😉
Sharon,
Thank you so much for your comments. What is your blog? I didn’t know you had one… Is it about dolls too?
You know, you are my longest distance reader… you beat out the person in Utrecht, Netherlands by 12 miles, according to my site meter. 4447 miles away from me for you, and 4435 for the person in the Netherlands!
Thanks again Sharon,
Blessings, Jeanne
I would like to put a map thingy on my blog too, I love the thought of readers from different cultures and countries reading my blog!
Well mine is: http://dambuster-sharoninspain.blogspot.com.es
And yes about dolls and occasionally other things, I hope you’ll pop in for a bit of Spanish sunshine! 😉
Big hugs Sharon in Spain c
